Calculation notes
Candles and bars show the distance-weighted P10–P90 range with a median (P50) mark; the line shows median speed. Percentiles use the canonical ±10-second speed curve. Whole-run percentiles use the entire curve, not averaged windows. Colours retain actual endpoint direction, independently of the percentile range. Median-speed pace is not elapsed average pace.
Range speed = 3.6 × distance / elapsed seconds. Pace = 1000 × elapsed seconds / metres. Rates are not arithmetic means of window rates. Elapsed includes pauses and recording gaps. Elevation climb and descent use a shared 5 m smoothed profile; smoothing softens short hills and may differ from device totals. Missing samples are filled when possible. Boundaries are interpolated; changing window size snaps ranges outward to intersecting windows.
